Handling live fish requires alot of complicated packaging and shipping procedures and due to our strong commitment to the health and safety of each of our specimens, unfortunately we cannot accept any returns for incorrect choice etc. Please make your selection carefully and contact us with any questions or concerns prior to purchasing.
Although very uncommon, if a fish happens to be dead on arrival, we will happily give you a store credit to the amount of the specimen. However you will need to take a very clear photo/s of the fish in it's original unopened packaging and email it to us within 12 hours of delivery. If the bag has been tampered with or opened at all- and is not in its original condition a store credit will not be issued.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
